6 Week Challenge
If you are looking to make some changes but need some help, then this is for you. I will guide you through 6 weeks of mindset, nutrition and fitness and keep you accountable the whole way.
For locals, there are options including unlimited classes and personal training.
However, if you are not local, or you have a gym membership elsewhere, then choose the Blitz plan. This still includes workout plans you can do at home or take with you to your own gym.
